Online Bill Pay
The fastest and most efficient way to pay your VEC electric bill is through their online member portal at epayvictoriaelectriccoop,
To utilize the online payment features, you must first create an online account. Registration only takes a few minutes with your account number and an email address.
Once registered, you can log in to view your current electric bill, see previous billing history, and make secure online payments. The online portal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or checking payments with no fee.
You also have the option to setup recurring automatic payments from a card or bank account. This ensures your bill is paid on time each month without any additional effort.
Pay By Phone
In addition to online payments, VEC members can pay electric bills through the automated phone system by calling 1-855-385-9975.
To use the phone payment system, you will need your 10-digit VEC account number and your 4-digit PIN. If you don’t have a PIN, you can easily set one up during your first call.
The phone system is available 24/7 and accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards for quick payment. A third-party processing fee of $1.50 applies to phone payments.

The office accepts cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card payments Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays. Be sure to bring your current electric bill.

To pay your VEC electric bill by mail, detach the payment stub from your paper bill and return with a check or money order to:
