30 minute phone screening, then a large take-home project that involves reading though documentation on an internal data format they use and building a program to process some sample data that they provide. You can use any resources that are available. I actually enjoyed the project and finished and submitted it quickly, but they ghosted me without any feedback. I reached out to them and left a voicemail, but got no response.
