    Online application received in July; email for interview received one week later; interview held one month later. (August). via MS Teams, I met two really nice managers. They alternated asking STAR questions (4 in total). Interview lasted about 45 minutes. I was given a chance to ask questions afterwards. I received an email 2 weeks later stating that I met the criteria and was added to an external qualified candidates list. Received offered 2 ½ months later.

    Interview talent pool for various administrative roles within WSIB. first had to pass a typing and logic test that was conducted online. followed up a month later with a 60-minute interview consisting of 4 questions conducted by 2 managers. Standard inquiries (difficult clients, diversity, multitaking), one-month wait to learn if you are qualified Roles start at 47 K.

    Interviewed by two people. Very clinical; asked you to read questions off a piece of paper instead of verbally answering them; as you spoke, both interviewers looked down at their papers to take notes. The majority of the questions were generic, nothing too surprising, but the atmosphere and overall procedure did not give the WSIB a favorable impression as a place to work.
