Interviewer: Please describe your job title and primary duties. Employee of Sonic: I worked there as a crew member. Everyone present, including those who don’t actually skate, is referred to as a crew member. I basically worked every job in the kitchen back there, which is what I did. Being a burger dresser, hot dog maker, and grilling on the grill I was stocking and performing essentially all of the kitchen’s tasks.

Sonic Employee: It was, I believe, 50% off for everything we purchased there and came with things, like health insurance and benefits. Interviewer: Did you earn any benefits or other job perks? I didn’t use any of them, but the one that interested me the most was the 50% off for food offer.

Sonic Employee: I went there and just had a quick, five to ten minute interview with the managers, and I pretty much got hired on the spot. Interviewer: How would you describe the application and interview process? So, the interview process for me wasn’t very stressful. It was good. It was fun for me. It took a few weeks to get hired, receive training, and complete other requirements. It was a good experience, it was easy for me.
