Interview
The interview was like nails on a chalk board. I could immediately tell the job was already secured and I was just interviewing because of the process. The interviewer was senior level in the position I was interviewing for. The interviewer jumped right to the bombardment of behavioral questions and didn’t stop until we hit our time limit. Instead of talking about the role itself, she just went through an hour of asking questions in a dull monotone voice. I am glad I don’t have to work with someone like that.
- Behavioral/ situational. “Tell me about a time when. “. I got about 25 of those before time expired.
