Interviews were with individual schools. At each school, I was interviewed by an Assistant Principal and a panel of coordinators and teachers. Pretty painless with standard questions. The coordinators were usually those who I would be working with directly.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Los Angeles USD
I submitted my application and then I got an email to schedule an interview and to supply extra attachments (mostly testing items). They also asked me to provide a sample teach lesson plan for about 12 minutes for the interview (basically a 12 minute sample lesson) and a writing sample where I answered a few of their questions about discipline.
