Recruiter call. HM call for 45 mins. Panel interview with various members (multiple interviews) Recruiter did not do a good job communicating, thus made it a bad candidate experience. Candidate had to email and ask this recruiter for progress. This recruiter answered this email and set up the first panel interview. However, after that one, this recruiter ghosted the candidate though the candidate has sent an email asking for status, again! Be transparent with your candidate on the progress and where things are.
