After signing the ETA-9089 signature page, you should have sent the document back to BDV. This is part of the Certified PERM process. Once BDV receives the ETA-9089 signed signature page, they will send a signed copy to the legal team. The legal team will retain this document so that they can apply it to the I-140 case.

Kindly keep in mind that BDV needs to see the signed ETA-9089 from you before they can start the process with Envoy. You will get a welcome email from Envoy Customer Experience and an account invitation from noreply@envoyglobal. com. Cases will be opened once you accept the invitation to your Envoy account and e-sign the legal team’s Retention Agreement that was sent to you through DocuSign. Cases may not start for up to three to five business days. You will be notified when any cases are opened in your account. To ensure you receive notifications from the platform, please add noreply@envoyglobal. com to your email contacts.

Some personal documents and information can be provided as soon as you log into your Envoy account. You should send us any relevant documents and information even before a case is opened, because a lot of it will be used in cases you open in the future. You can help get the case to the lawyers as quickly as possible by giving them documents and information early on.

You can give some general information about yourself in the “Account” tab in the upper right corner of your Envoy account. This includes your contact information, passport information, and, if you’re in the U.S., your immigration status. S. ). Note that you may be required to upload supporting documents in order to save certain information. Please fill out these sections as completely as you can. You can always add any relevant information directly to the case once it’s been opened.

Please keep in mind that the blanks in the Personal Documents section are not necessary. However, the legal team will almost always need certain documents to process your case. These include your passport, any visa stamps or other documents that prove your status, and documents about your education, such as diplomas and transcripts or mark sheets. You must upload those files to any requests in your case, even if you already have them in your document library.

Please log into your Envoy account (app. envoyglobal. com) to review open cases and see if any action is required. Envoy Customer Experience can also assist you with any questions you may have. Some common actions needed may include:

***You’ll be asked to read and agree to a Retention Agreement before you can see any action items for a case. These agreements include information on the immigration-related services that the legal team will provide. The legal team will provide legal services solely in connection with the U. S. immigration matter(s) you have initiated with the legal team and in relation to your agreement with Envoy. Once you agree to these terms and any other information given, you will be taken to the Case Overview to finish any tasks that need to be done.

If you say in the questionnaire that you have family members who depend on you, Envoy Customer Experience will email you directly. You are also welcome to contact the team if you have any questions.
