I applied to so many airlines to mainline to regional and this was one the easiest! Super easy process. You go into a room and they have you do an a written essay. Question was “When do you receive outstanding customer service? Why did this stand out to you”. Really easy! They Wanna see if you fit into jump seat. Check height requirement 5’0 – 6’0 nothing above 6’0! I’m tall and I hit the limit. After they have you read a public announcement. Then they talk about the company and about the job. After that everyone in the room got offered a CJO! This was the best experience I had honestly. Everyone was super friendly and very relaxing. If you wanna get your foot in the door ENVOY is the way to go. They are under the American Airlines Group so they have the same uniform and benefits as American Airlines! They pay $27.54! The highest in the regional lines! If you wanted to switch to American Airlines you would have a better chance of getting in since you work under them! Highly recommend applying to ENVOY!

Plan accordingly because the entire interview process is approximately 7-9 hours depending on the number of interviewees. Envoy does provide basic beverage options (coffee, hot tea, water) throughout the day, but interviewees are expected to pay for their lunch and snacks. The main room is a bit chilly so it is also advised to bring a light jacket to the interview. It is also advised that interviewees carefully review all emailed materials and instructions provided by Envoy and arrive at Envoy HQ 30 minutes prior to the scheduled interview time with required documents in hand. Once you are greeted and checked-in, there is a brief video overview of the company followed by a presentation outlining all Flight Attendant rules, regulations, and guidelines delivered by a current Envoy crew member. Once the presentation is complete, interviewees will be assessed for height and jump seat fit. Interviewees can expect to wait several hours in the main room until called for a small group interview consisting of 2-3 other interviewees. The actual interview is very casual and more conversational rather than standard Q&A. Once your interview is complete, your group will be escorted back to the waiting room and shortly directed to grab your belongings signaling the interview is complete. Although, Envoy tells the entire interviewing cohort to expect an answer within 2 weeks, they DO tell you if you’ve been hired as soon as you vacate the waiting area with your belongings. Those selected for hire will relocate to another area for immediate drug testing, background checks, and completion of additional paperwork. Those not selected will board the airport shuttle bus with their bags directly from Envoy HQ or drive home.
