Anyone who transitioned from TSO to LTSO, how was it? I work at a small airport, so we are removed from the day-to-day, but my supervisors are good and look out for us. However, our manager and basically all of the leadership above them are terrible. I’m considering it because my supervisor wants me to apply for the position when it opens up in the upcoming months because we get along well and because our airport is small and low-stress.
