  • We can give you one hour to cancel our Standard and Verbatim services after you’ve bought them if you realize you uploaded the wrong audio file for us to transcribe. Unfortunately, we can’t do this for Machine Express or First Draft due to our fast turnaround times, so please make sure you upload the right file.
  • If you find mistakes in your transcript after it has been completed, we will review it based on the level of service you purchased. There is no guarantee of accuracy for First Drafts, but we will do a review to check the quality and make a decision after the review. We will use our Word Error Rate (WER) guidelines to check the accuracy of your order, whether it was Standard or Verbatim, and we will work with you if there is a problem. With Machine Express orders, you can’t get your money back, so we recommend uploading a test file.
  • These times are just estimates of how long it should take to deliver your file. If you’re having trouble getting your files back on time, please get in touch with us.
