Avoid Disconnection
Bills are due by the 5th of each month. A late fee applies after the 15th. If your balance remains unpaid by the 25th, power may be disconnected.
Contact San Isabel Electric immediately if you cannot pay on time. We will work with you to set up a payment plan or apply for financial assistance to avoid disconnection.
Outage Alerts & Reporting
Receive outage status notifications directly on your phone by texting OUT to 844-959-3013. You can also report an outage via text.
