Patient Fall Risk Every day patients fall inside of hospitals. This is such a big problem that 1,000,000 people fell last year, killing 27,000 and costing $50 billion more in medical bills. This system would then send a message to the patient’s care team (doctor and nurses) telling them who was at risk and where to go to help them. For this system, a machine learning model and system were built so that the message could be sent to the right people at the right time.
