First and foremost, you should take the necessary exams called the PAABT, then after passing that exam you will go the the nest step, the “Processing”. this is the time that they will give you a list of pertinent documents needed to support your application.. it is not that easy to apply.. it is step by step.. once you reached the first step.. there is another one. and lastly, the rigorous training, if you can survive in this, then you will be ONE OF US..

Frilyn also stressed the significance of a strong first impression when submitting a job application. In light of the ongoing pandemic and the fact that many Filipinos are still under lockdown, she said, “I have shared with them the new digital recruitment process and current hiring trends so they can be prepared and find ways to make their interview more engaging despite social distancing restrictions.” Frilyn also asked for responses to a variety of typical interview questions, such as “why should we hire you?,” “what makes you stand out from other candidates?,” and “what benefits of yours serve as added value to a company,” in order to promote participant engagement throughout the event. Frilyn noted how frequent these inquiries are and how challenging it is to respond to them if you are unprepared.
