Interview

Online application, assessment center (business case study+ technical interview), 2nd Technical Interview.Overall, the experience was bad. Expected a more organized process and a more professional staff. The assessment center was a mess (a lot of wasted time and delays), the people I interacted with throughout the process weren’t as professional or competent as one would expect, and the overall recruitment process proved to be disorganized (they asked for a second interview, although the assessment day was supposed to be the last step). But I would say the most disappointing aspect of it all, is the silence that followed all these interviews. One would expect a simple rejection email after all the time the candidate invested in the process, but it was dead end silence. I have previously been in the recruitment process of other companies (bigger and way smaller companies), but I would say that this was one of the worst.

Interview Questions

  • What is your experience managing projects?

“I would first ask them what they were looking for in a vehicle, such as color, size, and features,” as an example I would then look through our inventory to see if any vehicles matched those requirements. If not, I would use my computer to look up other dealerships in the vicinity of our dealership to see if any had any vehicles that matched the customer’s specifications. I would get in touch with another Nissan dealership to see if they had any comparable models if all else failed. ”.

Nissan wants to know that you have studied the business and its guiding principles. You have a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to the position by demonstrating your familiarity with Nissan’s culture. You can respond to this question by outlining what you know about Nissan’s corporate culture, including any particular company values or objectives.

Example: “I believe that every good salesman should have confidence in both their product and themselves. It’s critical to understand how your business differs from its rivals and how your products assist customers in solving their problems. Additionally, I believe that honesty is a crucial quality because it demonstrates to customers that you are dependable and willing to prioritize their needs. Finally, I believe that multitasking is essential because there are frequently multiple things happening simultaneously during a sale. ”.

Example: “At my present job, I was given the assignment of developing an advertising campaign for our new line of automobiles. We already knew what we wanted to advertise, but I thought the campaign was lacking something. My team and I came up with the concept of utilizing social media influencers to market our product after some brainstorming sessions. The campaign was a great success and assisted us in reaching a younger audience. ”.

An unhappy customer was returning a pair of shoes they had ordered online in my previous role as a sales associate at a retail store. The client requested a full refund because the shoes were too small for them. I requested that the customer try the shoes on once more to see if they would fit better. When they put the shoes on, they realized they did fit after they agreed. I proposed exchanging the footwear for a different size or design. ”.

Communication is the key to successful interviewing. If you keep your answers succinct, the interviewer will be able to see how intelligent you are while still giving you time to discuss many of your greatest assets during the allotted interview time. This will leave plenty of time for questions at the end of the interview.
