Candidate had to email and ask this recruiter for progress. This recruiter answered this email and set up the first panel interview. However, after that one, this recruiter ghosted the candidate though the candidate has sent an email asking for status, again! Be transparent with your candidate on the progress and where things are. What was the atmosphere like at work like at JCPenney? Employee: It was nice, especially around the holidays. Although we were not permitted to accept tips, many of our clients wanted to do so. It was very fun.
What did you like best about working there, JCPenney employee? JCPenney Employee: The hours were my favorite part. It was like nine-to-five; I didn’t have to rush. It was the holiday season, as I mentioned, and there were many amiable people around at that time of the year.
