point system is unrealistic & punitive (get stuck in traffic? too bad. that cost u 5 points if you are more than 2 minutes 58 seconds late.

Working at Heinens is mostly enjoyable. The schedule includes one close per week. The upper managers are easy to get along with. There are plenty of opportunities to advance if you want to. Union benefits and pay.

Many of the department managers are very young and inexperienced. As an older worker, I sometimes have to show some strength to keep from being treated like a newbie instead of someone with decades of experience.
