After applying, it’s time to get ready for your meeting with our team. Here are the things to expect during an interview for the DraftKings Campus Program, whether you’re applying for a full-time position or an internship.

Depending on the position you’re interviewing for in engineering and analyst positions, you’ll work through a variety of cases or coding challenges.

I passed the interview process at DraftKings and received a job offer: Interview Process I believe I had applied within the past year (I tend to spam applications), so I didn’t have to take the OA. I’ve heard it’s simple, and in my experience (which was over a year ago, FYI), it wasn’t bad. The phone interview with the recruiter came next, and then a technical interview. I believe I received an LC medium or something on general algos for this one, which wasn’t too bad either. Know your LC patterns and youll be fine. Lastly was the final round. There were three interviews: a technical deep dive (you discuss a project with an engineer in detail), a system design (if you can call it that; it was simply a breakdown of how you would create a basic service), and a behavioral interview (typically with the hiring manager of the team you would join). I did well on all three and believed it to be easier than average. Offer came 2 days later. Provide $124k base, $80,000 RSU ($20,000 per year for four years), and $15k in bonus. I believe that this was a non-senior position’s maximum compensation. I thought the recruiter and I had agreed upon a base salary of at least $150k when we first spoke, but she must have misunderstood (or had me for a guinea pig) and believed I meant $150k TC. Regardless, I didnt take the offer. Company overall seems cool; they recently moved their headquarters, and I kind of wanted to check it out. They have some great people working on some really cool things, according to everyone I spoke with.
