Interviewed by two people via zoom. Very structured questions, no room for movement or conversation. No mention of social work was made in the job description, but all questions were based on social work. Very formal; there are only the predetermined 7 questions to which one can respond. The interviewer who said, “Hi, I’m – – -, I have 7 questions, let’s go,” came off as almost impolite. I had the impression that she wanted to be somewhere else and that I was occupying her time. No clarification of the role, the salary, or benefits. didn’t inquire as to why a person wanted to work for the company, what they knew about it, or why they wanted to leave their current position. There were no questions regarding the shift schedule, the location, potential start dates, or upcoming annual leave. was successful in the first stage of the interview and invited to the second, where the same thing happened. Very structured, no wiggle room to make an impression. Interviewed by two women, one of which was very rude. and responded, “Well you can’t really answer that question then can you,” during the interview when asked about my experience with social work, even though it was obvious from my resume that I lacked that experience. During the second interview for the role being interviewed for, there was once again no clarification of the job role, salary, etc., and not even a clarification of the actual job title. I questioned the recruitment team about whether I was on the right track because the interview questions did not match the job description, and they confirmed that I was. I had an interview five weeks ago, but I haven’t heard anything. I assume it went poorly. I have a suspicion that they hired internally for this position and made their choice prior to the interviewing process.

The interview was competency-based, in line with Change Grow Live’s usual procedure. From the application deadline to the interview, the entire process took just under two weeks (9 days). Very well organized interview process. Everything was carried out based on the schedule. Martin Folan is a gem of a person (very hard to find these days), said the interviewer. Everything was done sympathetically, from communicating the interview dates and requirements to receiving feedback after the interview. Martin is an example of how change could potentially possess people who have good talents in the future. I regret losing this great opportunity!.

Undoubtedly, a limited charity that is incapable of thinking creatively I’m not applying to be a doctor; it’s an IT position.
