For fast phone payments, Adams-Columbia Electric customers can call (855) 957-3881. This automated pay-by-phone system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll just need to enter your account number and billing zip code.
The phone system accepts payments through debit/credit cards, with a $2.50 convenience fee, or checking/savings account for no charge. You can choose to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
Pay by Mail
To pay your electric bill by mail, send your payment stub and check or money order to:
