Someone from Baxter might ask you those questions and display them to you as a few lines of text or as a previously recorded video.

After that, you’ll have approximately 30 seconds to prepare your response and two minutes to respond.

Be prepared to respond to anywhere between 2 and 5 questions as the number of questions varies.

As long as it has a camera, you can respond on your smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.

Most of the questions asked will be behavioral, so make sure you are familiar with how to respond to those. The STAR method is the most effective way to respond to them; if you’re not sure how to use it to ace every question, watch the video below.

baxter interview questions and answers

Working in a hospital setting can be stressful. Employers check your skills and abilities to manage stress by asking you this question. They want to know that you can remain composed in stressful situations, speak clearly, and work quickly. Try to concentrate on your capacity to remain composed and focused under pressure when responding to this question. Describe how you use your communication abilities to make other people feel more at ease.

Example: “At the small software development company I worked for, we produced products using Agile methodologies. Everyday stand-up meetings were held, during which everyone would talk about their projects’ status and any difficulties they were having. This improved our ability to communicate and allowed us to deal with problems before they grew to be significant ones. In this job, I also learned about Lean Six Sigma, which was beneficial for enhancing the productivity of my team. ”.

In my previous position, I was in charge of producing social media content for our client’s website, for instance. Finding fresh approaches to interact with our audience on social media was a lot of fun for us. One day, we made the decision to publish a picture of one of our workers decked out as a reindeer. The caption read, ‘Santa needs an extra reindeer this year. ’ It got over 1,000 likes and hundreds of comments. It increased brand engagement, which made our client happy. ”.

Example: “At my prior position, I was in charge of preserving the standard of our products.” One day, we received numerous customer complaints alleging that one of our products was flawed. I conducted a root cause analysis after receiving these complaints to ascertain what caused the product to be flawed. I discovered during my investigation that one of our workers had unintentionally added an additional ingredient to the product during production. Due to this error, the product had a different flavor than usual. ”.

When an interviewer asks you to describe a scenario in which you had to make a difficult decision, they are attempting to gain insight into your decision-making process. Additionally, they can use this to determine if you have any prior roles in which you dealt with situations of this nature.
