Despite knowing that some people are looking at this program, I was unable to find this information anywhere I looked. When I conducted the program’s initial video interview for “Zero Flight Hours,” e. I had the following questions, which I received after obtaining my PPL:
There was a 2-minute time limit for each of the 5 questions, and you had a total of 3 chances (the initial recording and 2 additional retakes). If you recorded over one of your initial attempts, you couldn’t go back and pick that one. The recording didnt start until you hit the “record” button. I therefore had time to consider my response before recording it, or even to make a note.

Getting admitted to United Aviate Academy
Since it’s a new program, as you said, nobody really knows. Additionally, it has recently received a ton of press, which I believe is largely what motivated their most recent announcements rather than genuine altruism. But then again I’m old and cynical). However, during periods of low pilot supply, airlines frequently develop these programs to bind individuals early in their careers. In reality, you have no idea which airline you want to work for, despite the fact that most people believe they do (typically because it was their hometown airline or the first airline they ever flew on, like the colors). You really won’t have a handle on that until you’re much closer to your goal. Contracts, aircraft, contracts, and corporate culture all come into play. Because of this, I would hesitate to commit to any program at this early stage of the game.
