3 rounds – 1 telephone, 1 with manager, 1 with the team. Lots of focus on previous experience, with an expectation to storytell things that had been learned. Questions were scripted so there was not many opportunities for them to offer follow-up questions or clarifying questions during the scripted time. When they asked if I had any questions for them, I was able to direct us back to some of those missed back-and-forth moments. The committee seemed grateful that I had opened that door, as if they knew the script had hamstrung them a bit.
