Phone interview with recruiter then was asked to come in for an interview with the Buyers. They were all nice and the asked typical interview questions. Was asked to come back to interview with the people the buyers report to. The first lady I interviewed with was not nice. It seemed like she already decided she didn’t like me before even meeting me. She was concerned about how far I lived and even suggested companies closer to me to interview with. Every time I answered her questions she came back with a condescending response. I wanted to walk out of the interview after speaking to her. However, everyone else was nice and seemed to give me a fair chance. It has been almost 3 weeks since the last interview so I assume I won’t be moving forward. Its unprofessional to not have the decency to give a quick rejection email after someone has spent over 6hrs interviewing with you. It speaks a lot about how they “value” the people that are interested in working with them.
