Everything was laid-back and really exemplified the “start-up” culture that tech aspires to. The one-on-one interviews were easy. First one was with an engineer. Although we were all applying for different positions, they seemed unprepared and asked all of us a variety of questions. When I applied for an SWE internship, my academic background was questioned. We talked about caching, memory allocation, and other topics after I mentioned my lower-level C course. Never had a straight ‘trivia’ question asked. Never had to write code. Just discussed.
