A recruiter reached out to me after submitting an application. I had an hour long phone screen interview for the first round. I then went to the second round of interviews that is 3 hours long. 1 hour each with 3 separate Talent Acquisition Managers. Mine was virtual, but I believe this is sometimes in person as well.
