I did an online, self-paced interview where I was asked fairly broad questions about my background and experienced. A couple weeks later I was invited to drive to their HQ in Kansas city where I was interviewed by 3 people. I gave a presentation about myself which lasted about 10 minutes , followed by a 30 minute interview. After that they paid for my lunch and I was accompanied by 2 recent hires from the department that shared with me what it is like working for Burns & McDonnell right after college.
- They questioned my reaction to a fictitious scenario in which I was required to carry out a task that I had no idea how to do.
