I only made it to the digital interview stage, but from start until I received the rejection email everything was automated. I never once spoke with an actual human. The digital interview was pretty straightforward. I prepared well in advance and had about 10 common questions to practice from. I would definitely recommend prepping in advance and practice recording yourself. I was extremely disappointed to receive a rejection email 3 days after I submitted the digital interview. This email was also automated. The process was a bit strange and certainly made me feel like I was just a number, and not a potential associate.
