    1. Once, a commissioner was very rude to me for not enjoying their artwork after I had finished even when I had met their standard. I apologized and calmly told them that I would give them a full refund if necessary and they declined.
    2. Great Question! There have been a great deal of difficult customers that I had to deal with during my Time at Circle K. There was a customer that used a coupon from Kmart to get 20 cents off per gallon and I added the discount to their payment for gas at the register but the price didnt change at the pump. I told the customer I added the 20 cents off for your gas but their isnt anything I can do with what shows up outside at the pump. I dont control what happens on the pumps. All I do is preset the pumps with what you want. IF you would like you can talk to BP or corporate about. Im sorry.
    3. While working at Walmart I had a rude customer come though the apparel section of the cloths and unfold all the clothes I just folded then walked away laughing.

    5. I have not ever dealt with a customer per say, but I have dealt with difficult people in my life. Ive learned that being difficult right back towards them is never a good idea. Its always much better to respond with kindness, and to respect whatever it is that is upsetting them, and to work towards solving that problem. If the person continues to be difficult, it would normally be best to leave them be. However, in a work environment such as this one, I would direct the person to a manager.

    1. Great Question. That is usually how it working overnights at a Gas Station. It usually varies on what area you are in that determines the traffic of customers. I have been working nights for 2 years so I have it all broken down on what needs to be done at a particular time. I focus on the main important duties and once I complete those I would focus on the extra duties that I was assigned.
    2. For any timed assignment I had in High School, I would usually get as much done as possible early on so that I would have less to worry about later and more room to make changes.
    3. We had to submit at least 20 pages of research paper so I put in more work to get the job done by the deadline.
    4. I had to finish my graduation project within a few months and I was going to try to interview the police but waited to late and had to restart it and I changed it and got done with on in a few weeks.
    5. In basic we had 15 minutes to figure out how to get a barrel and all our battle buddies from one end of obsticle to the other . We worked together and communicated very well had it finished before the timer beeped.

    1. A challenge Ive endured would have to be when I was put to the test to finish two art pieces in one weekend. I had to carefully plan out my days so I had time to finish each art piece while having enough time to do any daily activities.

    3. My most challenging occurrence was rude people who came in and disrespected the store as well as me and I handled it by keeping my cool and treating them with respect regardless of their attitude.
    4. My most challenging occurrence at work would have to be when I served about 7 or 8 hungry men at one time. I overcame it, by simply having the patience and making sure that their orders were absolutely correct. They left with smiles on their face.
