I had 3 interviews in total. The first interview was a phone interview with a lady from HR and it lasted about 20-30 minutes. After the phone interview, I had my 2nd interview 4 days later. The 2nd interview was a group interview with the current district rental manager, assistant rental manager and branch manager. This interview lasted for about an hour and they asked me so many different questions. After the 2nd interview, I received a call from the HR’s office the next day and I was asked to attend a third interview. The 3rd interview was with the district and assistant district managers. This interview also lasted for about an hour but it was more of an introductory interview and a candid conversation to know more about my career aspirations. After the 3rd interview, I received a call from the HR’s office the same day and I was offered the job. Received an email with the official offer letter and the benefits package. The entire process took about 2 weeks from applying to offer letter.
