Interviewer: Please describe a typical day as an employee. Come in and clock in, Lowe’s employee. You’ll need to remove a conveyor belt before the trucks begin to arrive. Open up the trucks. Unload everything according to a certain code. There’s a certain spot for everything. Put them up on the pallets, then use a pallet jack to load them out to the sales floor. Typically, we finished a little early so we could assist everyone else with their final-day tasks and tours.
Lowe’s Employee: I attended two interviews. Interviewer: How would you describe the application and interview process? The first one was just basic questions. They asked me why I wanted to be there. I had to undergo a drug test the second time I entered. After I successfully completed that, they called me again, and I showed up for my orientation.

Interviewer: What questions did the interviewer ask you during the job interview? Basically, what I was looking for in Lowe’s.
