Meneger Interview

I interviewed at Lash Group

Product Manager Interview

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lash Group in Jul 2022

Way too long of an interview process just to waste someone’s time and then tell them they haven’t been selected. Interviews consisted of 4 different interviews between 45-60 minutes each. Some interviews were casual to get to know you type of conversations and some were grueling/ highly questioning type of questioning conversations. By the time the 2nd or even 3rd interview is scheduled they should have a pretty good idea of whether you are qualified or not. They even state that you’d be great for this service area and that I could provide value to a team that is still not mature as I have senior experience but yet they still didn’t feel I was good enough. Their loss.

Interview Questions

  • See above. Some were related to questioning about the difference between a PM and PO job and then the normal “how would you handle” questions.

This question is a great way to test your knowledge of the company and its services. Interviewers ask this question to see if you have done any research on their organization before coming in for an interview. They want to know that you are genuinely interested in working for them, so take some time to learn about Lash Group’s history, what they do and how they can help clients.

Example: “I’ve never worked from home before, but I think I could manage it well. I’m used to being on my own at work, so I don’t think I’d have any issues adjusting to working alone at home. I also like that I can set my own schedule when working from home, which means I can take breaks as needed.”

Example: “I would rate my typing skills as average. I can type between 40-50 words per minute with an error rate of less than 5%. In my previous role, I took a typing class that helped me improve my skills. I’m also always willing to learn new things, so if there are any resources available to help me become more proficient, I’d love to take advantage of them.”

Example: “I’ve always been interested in working at a company where I could use my skills to help others. Lash Group’s mission statement really resonated with me because I feel like I have the same values as the company. I think I’d be a good fit for Lash Group because I’m passionate about helping people and providing excellent customer service.”

Example: “I have experience working with elderly patients, so I know it can take them a little longer to learn new things. When helping someone like this, I try to make sure they understand what I’m saying by using simple language and analogies. If they still don’t understand something, I will repeat myself or explain it in another way until they do.”
