I applied, was offered, and chose to accept a different position with J&J. There was no digital interview for this role. On LinkedIn, where the Easy Apply feature was available, I discovered the posting. applied, received a response within a few days, and underwent a few phone interviews with HR consultant candidates at various levels. Then they directed me to complete an actual proper official application on J&J’s career website, and they scheduled a proper Teams interview with the hiring team. Had a verbal offer the day after the Teams interview, but it took two more months for it to be in writing. Additionally, the onboarding process took another month because their background check company was understaffed.
I received an email a few weeks later informing me that I had not been hired. I guess they scheduled my interview before they found someone else they felt comfortable with. Shrug.
The interview can be finished in a web browser, a desktop J&J app, or a mobile app. I went with the browser.
