I went to the office and had a sit down with the CEO of the company. It was mainly just an hour-long casual conversation where I had a chat about technologies, what I like, what I’d like to work on if I joined, and so on.
- I was mainly questioned about what I’ve worked on and what I enjoy working on, however, I do believe the CEO was trying to get an understanding of how I work

Interview
The Interview process is pretty different from other companies at Frappe. The first round will be non-technical where the HR will be taking your interview. Then I was told to study a certain part of the ERPNext software are write a report on it. After my report was submitted and evaluated, there was another Technical round where a Lead Consultant took my interview.

Formerly the Application Center, the Quiz Center is the only method of achieving the rank “Trainee” besides asking to be demoted to it. The Quiz Center was implemented following the removal of grammar requirements, as applications were based on grammar to pass them. It also makes it easier and faster for younger players. Upon joining, you will be seated in the lobby, where the interviewer will come to greet you. You can select different dialogues by small boxes that will appear throughout the game to answer questions. There are 10 questions, each question is a multiple choice with 4 options. You must answer 7/10 questions correctly to pass and receive the rank. If you do not, you will fail the Quiz Center, and will be prompted to try again. Unlike applications, you can re-attempt the quiz immediately after failing. Grammar plays no part in this quiz, except for correcting sentences that make no sense.
