I recently got a second interview for a job with the county, and I’m nervous about messing up my chances of getting the job. I’d appreciate any advice you could give me on how to interview well for a county position in order to have the best chance of getting hired.
The law prohibits asking personal questions during an interview because they might be used as a tool for Orange County employment discrimination.
