Paying your monthly bill to Consolidated can be done easily and conveniently through their online customer portal. As a Dickinson resident and Consolidated customer myself, I’ll walk you through the step-by-step process I use each month to view my bill and make a payment.
Logging In
The first step is accessing the Consolidated customer portal online. You can find it at https://consolidatednd.com/customer-portal/. On the portal homepage, click “My Account” at the top right. This will bring you to the login page.
Enter your Consolidated account number and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can use the “Password Tool” link to reset it. Once logged in, you’ll be brought to your personal account dashboard.
Viewing Your Bill
To see your current bill amount and details, click on “Bill & Payments” in the left menu Here you can view your outstanding balance and payment due date Scroll down to see a breakdown of charges – it will show your recurring monthly services like internet, phone, etc. and any one-time fees.
If you want to verify specific charges or view previous bills, you can click “Bill History” to see PDF copies of all your statements going back several months.
Making a Payment
Once you’ve reviewed your bill and are ready to pay, click the “Pay Now” button. This will open the payment window. Here you can choose whether to pay the full balance or a custom amount.
You’ll need to enter your payment details. The portal accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks. Make sure your billing address for the payment method matches what Consolidated has on file.
After entering your details, click “Continue” then “Submit Payment” to complete the transaction. It should only take a few seconds for the payment to process.
Payment Receipt
On the confirmation page after paying, you can view and print your payment receipt for your records. You’ll also get a receipt emailed to the address associated with your Consolidated account.
The receipt will show the payment amount, date, and confirmation number. Your account dashboard should immediately update with the new account balance.
Auto-Pay Option
If you don’t want to manually pay your bill every month, Consolidated offers auto-pay. To set this up, go to “Auto Pay Program” under “Bill & Payments”. Choose the payment method you want to use, the date you want payments processed, and confirm your enrollment.
Going forward, Consolidated will automatically charge your card or account on file each month. You’ll still receive emailed receipts so you can track the transactions.
