Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after submitting an application online. The initial interview went well, and I was informed that she would have the interview coordinator to contact me to schedule the second interview. Interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. The coordinator contacted me the Friday before the interview to confirm the meeting’s date and time, as the interview was scheduled for early Monday morning. On the morning of the interview, I entered the Team’s meeting early and waited approximately 15 minutes for the interview to begin. The interviewer never showed. I contacted the coordinator to see if there had been some type of miscommunication, had been a glitch with teams, or if something had changed. She never responded. The entire experience left a really bad taste in my mouth regarding the company.
