Senior Financial Analyst – DX Reporting Interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Adobe (Lehi, UT) in Nov 2022
Interview
A really bad HR process. I applied online and I got a call from the HR after a month. He asked me all the details and said he will forward the resume to the hiring manager who is interested and set up an interview the next week. There was no info on it the next 3 weeks. I called the interviewer on a Wednesday at 1 pm where he picked up the call from a deep sleep. When I asked him about the process, he told me he totally forgot about my application because he was out of the office for 2 days after our initial call. And, he said he will have an update by the EOD after which I was ghosted. Adobe ghosts a lot of people. How hard is it to let people know? Certainly expected more from a company of this stature.
