Online Bill Pay

YCNGA offers an online account management system that allows customers to easily view their account details and pay their gas bill online. After creating a secure online account, customers can:

• View statement history and payment history

• Pay by credit/debit card, bank draft or electronic check

There are two main payment centers located in Rock Hill and Fort Mill. Customers can pay their gas bill at either location Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Both locations accept cash, check or money order. The payment centers also have payment drop boxes for after-hours bill pay.

Authorized Payment Agents

YCNGA has partnered with over 20 authorized payment agents in York County. These are local businesses that allow customers to pay their YCNGA gas bill along with other bills like electricity and water. Payment agents provide added convenience, especially for those without easy access to the payment centers.

Customers can always mail in a payment to YCNGA’s PO Box. Mailed payments should include the payment stub from the gas bill statement Allow 5-7 business days for mailed payments to process
