All administrative costs are paid by KUB and CAC. One hundred percent of all funds collected go directly to help people with their heating bills. Will Kub call or text me threatening to disconnect my service?
We will not call or text you threatening to disconnect your service and demand payment via MoneyPaks, Green Dot Cards, Money Grams, or other prepaid credit cards. If there are questions about your account status or if you feel you are the target of a scam, call KUB at 865-524-2911.
