Step 1: Log In To Your PPL Account
The first step is to log in to your PPL account online.
- Go to pplelectric.com and click “My Account” at the top right.
- Enter your username and password. If you don’t already have an account, you can sign up for one.
- Once logged in, you’ll see your account summary page.
Step 2: Select “Make Payment”
On your account summary page, select “Make Payment” to start the payment process.
This will take you to the payment page where you can enter your payment details.
Step 3: Enter Payment Information
On the payment page, enter the following:
- Payment amount – Your current bill amount will show by default. You can edit this if needed.
- Payment method – Choose whether to pay by credit/debit card, checking account or savings account.
- Account number – For card payments, enter your card number, expiration date and CVV code. For bank payments, enter your account number and routing number.
